• Mind Matrix records operational telemetry for messaging, AI usage, media storage, host usage, and related service diagnostics.
• Telemetry may include counts, timestamps, provider identifiers, model identifiers, tenant or organisation identifiers, file sizes, message direction, and delivery or processing status.
• Telemetry is used for service reliability, troubleshooting, fair-use monitoring, cost modelling, abuse prevention, and product improvement.

Security and audit logs

• Mind Matrix may log authentication events, recovery events, support impersonation sessions, acceptance events, and other security-relevant operations.
• These records are retained for operational, security, and compliance reasons.
