Commercial Licence & Terms
This is a structured placeholder commercial policy for Mind Matrix and is intended for operational rollout while fuller legal drafting is completed. It is not final legal advice.
Package scope
- Core includes the business foundation, operating context, package direction, and module planning baseline.
- Convert includes everything in Core plus managed capture workflows, triage, customer and job information capture, one managed WhatsApp channel under fair use where scoped, email capture, form capture, media handling, estimating workflows, customer-facing estimating, estimate history, and site-survey escalation when needed.
- Mind Matrix OS includes everything in Convert plus scoped modular workflow automation, deposits, booking or scheduling flows, Cache, Coordinate, Craft, and custom delivery work agreed separately.
Fair use and add-ons
- Convert and higher packages are supplied under a fair-use commercial model for managed messaging, media, and automation workflows.
- Fair use currently covers normal levels of messages, media storage, and AI-assisted processing for the agreed package.
- Extra channels, extra senders, unusually high message volume, unusually high media storage, unusual AI automation load, deep integrations, and custom delivery work may require review, an add-on, or an upgrade.
- Mind Matrix does not automatically apply overage billing in this placeholder version. Exceptional usage is handled by review and commercial discussion first.
Licence and acceptable use
- Tenants receive a limited, revocable right to use the Mind Matrix service for their own business operations.
- The service must not be used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, emergency, or life-critical communications.
- Tenants must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass security, or misuse shared platform resources.
- Mind Matrix may restrict or suspend use that creates legal, operational, security, or reputational risk.
Service boundaries
- Mind Matrix uses third-party services such as Auth0, Twilio, Mailgun, AI providers, hosting providers, and billing providers to deliver parts of the service.
- Delivery speed, message deliverability, and third-party uptime are not guaranteed.
- Customer-facing automated assistant replies must be clearly disclosed as automated and must always provide a human handoff option.
- Site surveys are an escalation path from the estimating workflow and are not guaranteed to be included in every package.
Commercial changes
- Mind Matrix may update packages, fair-use thresholds, and operational policies from time to time.
- Material changes will be versioned and reflected in the legal bundle acceptance flow.
- This placeholder policy will later be replaced by fuller commercial terms without changing the general operational acceptance model already in use.
