• Mind Matrix is provided on a package basis: Capture, Convert, or Custom Systems.
• Capture and higher packages currently include one managed WhatsApp channel under fair use because WhatsApp capture is a core part of the managed enquiry workflow.
• Mind Matrix uses third-party processors including Auth0, Twilio, Mailgun, AI providers, billing providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure services.
• Mind Matrix acts as controller for tenant lead, billing, support, and account or admin identity data.
• Mind Matrix acts as processor for tenant customer enquiry, job, media, and attachment data handled on the tenant’s behalf.
• Automated assistants must be disclosed as automated, and customers must always be able to request a human handoff.
• Heavy messaging, heavy storage, exceptional automation volume, extra channels, extra senders, deep integrations, or custom delivery may require review, an add-on, or a package upgrade.
• The service is not for emergency or life-critical use.

Acceptance effect

• Acceptance is recorded once per tenant for the current legal bundle version.
• If the legal bundle version changes later, a tenant admin may be asked to accept the newer version before normal use continues.
